WEBJul 10, 2019 · It pairs with the phone-- it's really just a glorified microphone. If your car has Bluetooth, then your phone connects to the car to play the audio. If your car doesn't, then the phone sends the audio to the Echo Auto, which sends it over the AUX port. And from what I understand right now, if you share the car, you CAN NOT both pair to it.

WEBFeb 5, 2021 · Most things, except for Amazon specific products (outlet plugs, etc) should transfer pretty easily. Go to your phone's Settings, Connected Devices (where you handle Bluetooth and such), and Connection Preferences. There's a link there to your Android Auto settings. There is no integration between Alexa and its competitor, Google Assistant.

WEBMay 16, 2019 · If you don't care for the extra data, you can get unlimited calling+text and 2GB of data for $25, 4GB of data for $30, and 14GB for $40. Mint is quite a bit cheaper. I pay 20$/month for 8gb data, unlimited text and messages. Have to prepay the whole year though for that rate.

While I mainly use it for basic music requests during drives, I also have a routine that reads my calendar and starts my music when I leave home.

If you have Bluetooth in your car you must have your Phone connected through Bluetooth to the car, You must set the radio to the Bluetooth input. Afterward all the responses, music etc. come from the radio by way of your phone.
