WEBJul 26, 2018 · So a few months ago I was in a Gamestop and asked the employee working how soon it would be before Gstop starts taking in PS2 games again, and the guy working basically laughed me out of the store, even commented that "nobody wants those garbage games anymore." WEBSelling games online is a better deal than trading into gamestop. For buyers, gamestop doesn't have retro games physically in the store, so you're stuck buying online. But gamestop's website doesn't show actual photos of the carts/disks/etc. and it's a gamble whether you're gonna get a case for the disk and such.

WEBAug 20, 2023 · My local GameStop has a shelf dedicated to Xbox 360 and ps3 games. Found a few myself today at my local GameStop. I haven't seen ps3 games since ps4 came out. Like when ps4 released, all the ps3 games at gamestop were either discontinued for sales or they sold them out.
