WEBNitobond EP is a 2 component epoxy bonding agent for bonding fresh wet cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces. Nitobond EP is suited to internal and external applications.
WEBNitobond EP is based on solvent-free epoxy resins containing pigments and fine fillers. It is supplied as a two-component material in pre-weighed quantities ready for on-site mixing and use. The ‘base’ component is white and the ‘hardener’ component is black, providing visual evidence (uniform grey colour) that adequate mixing has been achieved.

WEBNitobond EP is used for bonding new cementitious mortars and screeds including Patchroc GP and Paveroc to existing cementitious surfaces. It can be used on horizontal surfaces and on vertical surfaces where mortar or concrete can be supported by formwork. It is ideal for extensions and repairs
Nitobond EP03 - Epoxy-resin concrete bonding agent
WEBNitobond EP03 is used for binding fresh concrete or mortar to existing cementitious substrates. It c an be used on horizontal and vertical surfaces, when the application is made by formwork. The product is indicated in roads, bridges, loading docks or industries, both outdoors and indoors.
WEBNitobond EP is designed with an overlay time of 12 hours at 35ºC and 5 hours at 45ºC, making it more suitable for use where additional steel reinforcement and formwork has to be fitted or where temperatures are high. The minimum appli-cation temperature for Nitobond EP is 5ºC. Consult the local Fosroc office for further information.
