Yes, Crazy Horse had a vision at the very summit sometime in 1871. He described seeing white people of the future riding in mechanical coaches, as well as flying machines. He also described large cities which were destroyed by hugn explosions. The final part of his vision had the whites and indians living in peace, which was shared by a Sitting Bull vision.
