Even though there were no costumed people and the kitchen was empty i still enjoyed my visit.It was fascinating learning the history of the town.Had a lovely sandwich and decaf latte in the tea room.… Full review by maukatt

Went for the Christmas afternoon tea which was amazing! Food was lovely & excellent value for money. The house is beautiful at this time of year - well worth a visit & would highly recommend Full review by Julie186527

Run by Falkirk Council and totally free admission this is a must place to visit, fascinating history of the house and the surrounding area, also a lovely walk around woodland and lake highly recomme… Full review by Z9814ERneils
