We will be camping there the first weekend in October. Is anything going to be open? Boat rentals? Aviary? Nature center? Will the beach be accessible?

I would call Rocky Gap to get their entire list of what will be open and what is not open. Also, check with the Cumberland Chamber of Commerce to to get info on any other areas …
I would call Rocky Gap to get their entire list of what will be open and what is not open. Also, check with the Cumberland Chamber of Commerce to to get info on any other areas that will be open and also if there are any festivals or events close by during your stay. The Bedford, Pa. area may be having their heritage days. It is well worth the drive to see.
After reading MANY reviews about how nasty the water conditions are in the park, has anyone addressed those working at the Park? If so, what was their response? And has anyone called the local health dept to get their take on it? Thanks, Deb WV
