Beautiful architecture and views. Lots of maintenance work and some kind of event going on as police had sectioned off areas as well as the building areas sectioned off. Full review by Escape53513543876

This is my favorite spot in Budapest. The white buildings with colorful roof tiles on the church are a sight to behold. The view of the Hungarian parliament and the rest of Budapest is also amazing. Full review by Marko P

I am visiting this place for the second time after 7 years and I would visit it countless times because it is worth it. I arrived at sunset and stayed here in the evening to enjoy the view. From hereā€¦ Full review by Spase M

I was there late morning, and it was pretty crowded. It's probably best to get there as soon as they open.

Hello, There is a parking fee always from Monday to Friday from 8 till 08 hours.But this is only a guideline - it depends on place. To the castle its better to go with pulic transport - you ā€¦

Hello, There is a parking fee always from Monday to Friday from 8 till 08 hours.But this is only a guideline - it depends on place. To the castle its better to go with pulic transport - you have to leave the car far from the Halászbástya.The ticket for bus costs only 1,10 Euro.And the parking can be 3,50 Euro per hour.

One has to walk up or some transport is available ? How steep is it ?

We took the Funicular up... Shorter lines, less crowds & tour groups, after about 2-3 pm. Still enough daylight hours in the day to see it all, great evening views. Wonderful strolling, ā€¦
