Molson is in Okanogan County, Washington, United States. By road, the community is 15.1 miles east of Oroville. The ghost town of Old Molson is 1.7 miles south of the Canada–United States border. Molson was founded in 1900 by promoter George B. Meacham, and investor John W. Molson, a member of the Molson family, and officer of the Molson Bank.
