MT Baker lodging has a lot of cabins to choose from in a gated, safe community. The cabins were clean. (We stayed as a family in July) then I went alone later. There are several remodeled units an… Full review by Spunky717

Mt Baker Ski Area has a OK facility. The problems lies in the service. In comparison to other ski venues in Washington State, this place has the worst service. No smiles, no pleasantries. Forget… Full review by PamTravel123321
Hello Everyone, Possibly going to Baker in Feb 2020. Might stay near glacier area. I will be a few months pregnant by then so wondering what there might be to do there besides skiing/snowboarding for me to do? I don't want to be stuck sitting in a hotel or cabin the whole stay. Thank you
Hey Everyone, Was planning on taking the family on a ski trip to mount Baker in March. We're used to staying at ski resorts that have ski-in & ski-out type accommodations (ie no need to load the car every morning to hit the slopes). Wondering if this resort has those types of accommodations and if so, are there any you'd recommend. Thanks Steve

Hi Steve, I was there last month for one-day only and I don't recall seeing any accommodations at the base of the mountain whatsoever. It is not the place you want to go if you're looking for a ski-in-ski-out option. I hope this helps, good luck & I hope you have a great ski trip. Cheers, Mike
What’s the best way to fly then drive to the Mt. Baker Ski area? I hear flying from Hawaii there are several options. Looking for the most cost, time effective way.

I recommend flying to Vancouver, BC or Seattle, WA or Bellingham, WA and drive to Mount Baker ski area. Seattle will be furthest to drive to Mount Baker.
We want to head there and stay overnight but is there anywhere to go for a meal in the evening?

Hi all , We are planning to be at this place end of this month ; also planning to stay to shoot sunset photography and some nighttime photography. Since this is our first time in Washington state ; my wife and 2 little kids are joining me. My question is ; is it safe to take the at and stay for night time photography; we will stay only until 8.30 ? Second question is about food; I know we will have to carry some food. Can you provide me some pointers Thanks and appreciate , Uraees

beautiful time of year to visit and roads should be open but check with Park Rangers just before setting off. Take food and drink with you from wherever you are staying as not many places nearby especially at night. Could be cold at night so wrap up children.
