Phillips, Ne

Phillips is a village in Hamilton County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 287 at the 2010 census. Phillips was platted in 1884 when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad was extended to that point. It was named for Captain R. O. Phillips, member of the town company.
