They had it decorated and still had indoor gardens when we were there when it was cold out. Not as much to see though. I would maybe advise calling them.

There are indoor activities. There is a big greenhouse portion (part tropical and part based on the weather in Charleston, SC) and also a gift shop, cafe, and permanent indoor plants that are typically decorated for some theme. Right now it's a winter wonderland.
