HNT is a very credible company. The guides are personable and knowledgeable and we were well taken care of for the day tour. We used Sapporo as our base (except for 2 nights in between at Otaru)when we went to Hokkaido. We stayed in Sapporo grand hotel and later cross hotel. It was easy to take up those day tours, including HNT.
