Recently did this hike in Sao Miguel. Easy trek that offers very nice views. Lots to see up there. There is also a big parking lot for the vehicles. Highly recommended! Full review by Jean-Francois L

Hello Sam You have to search for the Lagoa do Canário (37.836759,-25.758474), and then just go down in to the dirt road, on the left side you will see a couple of wooden stairs, just go up and then left again. You will go up hill and then you will be able to see it. It's well worth it!! Enjoy Ângelo
