Hi Henry. Not entirely sure where Carnival docks, but from the tour I remember it was about a mile away from the inner harbor/downtown area. In this instance about a mile from the horse and carriage stand. My husband and I had a car, BUT I’ve read taking the city buses are easy. I was told that Uber does NOT operate there yet and did not see any ride share services the whole time we were there. Taxi may be a quick and convenient option and being only a mile away shouldn’t cost too much. Hopefully that helps a little.

While our driver was preparing the horse and carriage for my wife and my ride, a customer walked up to ask questions about arranging a ride the same evening. Our driver explained her availability then asked the customer to book the reservation immediately to secure and confirm the tour. This is a first come first serve business based on the online booking. If you don't book early, you stand a chance others will book your preference leaving you without a tour. BTW, it was a nice tour and we took it in the winter. With summer right around the corner, I'm guessing this ride will even better than when we rode.
Why does it say the pricing for this tour is "$24.11 and Up" and yet the total price for an adult was $72.34? There was an asterisk on the price but I could not find an explanation.

The $24 is the price if you're on a cruise and buy the tour as part of your cruise package. The company is trying to correct this with Trip Advisor. We had the same question.
