I wanted to give this experience 5 stars, as my husband and I enjoyed the concert immensely- once it got started. But the run-up to actually sitting in our seats was soooo stressful. We got there abo… Full review by waterloverLondon

We didn't have the time or the money for a concert so the tour was the next best thing. Booked on line in advance and it all worked out. Not to be confused with the Opera. The Golden Hall is magnific… Full review by D7512BJianc

Hi, Christine. What would you like to know about this attraction? The tour is only 35 mins long and you are not allowed to take any photos even without flash? I wanted to take a photo or two as my elderly mother watches the New Year Concert and it would be lovely to show her images?

Q:
We are thinking about booking the Wiener Mozart Orchester concert here, either directly with the venue or through an agency such a Viator. The main difference appears to be that booking directly you can choose your actual seat, via an agency only by category (although I have read about people getting better seats than category booked?) Also, Viator includes a free CD, no great shakes, but booking direct doesn’t appear to - is that correct? When booking through Viator is the voucher your actual ‘print at home’ ticket or does it have to be exchanged for physical tickets at the box office (I have read that there can be long queues before the concert starts?) booking direct I believe tickets have to be collected anyway. Finally, I have read conflicting advice about dress code, with some saying smart casual, for men; shoes, trousers and collared shirt (no sneakers, jeans etc.) whilst other saying this is largely ignored - which is correct? Thanks in anticipation, Simon H.

Simon Our seats were booked directly with the venue with centre seats in the balcony with great views. The dress code was formal and l didn't notice casual wear with sneakers and jeans. Ladies certainly were elegant and many had a change of clothing (shoes) which they handed in with their coats in a bag. It was certainly a wonderful evening.
Q:
What's the dress code?
A:
No dress code. It’s a museum. Dress in clean clothes. That’s all
