A MOM who lost her daughter in the floods that swept through Texas’ Camp Mystic has shared details of a letter she wrote before her death.  Notes that children had written to their parents

A few specific sounds punctuate summer evenings in rural Iowa. A chorus of spring peepers, for example, or the shrill conk-la-ree of a red-winged blackbird on the side of a county road. But only one demands a response: the hostile, metallic beep of a NOAA weather radio.

"Our hearts are broken alongside our families that are enduring this unimaginable tragedy," Camp Mystic's update stated. "We are praying for them constantly."
