No. 17 Ole Miss (40-18) took down No. 1 LSU (43-14) 2-0 on Saturday afternoon to advance to the SEC Tournament Championship Game for the first time since 2019. Head coach Mike Bianco, Connor Spencer and Will Furniss took the podium following the clash to break down what went right in Hoover Metropolitan Stadium.

Ole Miss starting pitcher Riley Maddox delivered one of his best outings of the season with 5.2 innings pitched giving up two runs on three hits and seven strikeouts. From there, Will McCausland, Mason Morris and Connor Spencer shoved 3.1 innings of shutout ball.
