SportsLogo.net says that six teams will debut a new throwback or alternate uniform this summer, including the Packers.

The start of training camp for the Green Bay Packers might also include the unveiling of a new throwback uniform look. According to Sportslogos.net, the Packers will reveal throwback helmets and uniforms for the 2025 season on Wednesday, July 23, which is also the date of the first practice of training camp.

So the Green Bay Packers will receive their new uniforms next year. The plan, according to Nike, is for each team to wear these uniforms before their first “rivalry game” of the year.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will reveal their new throwback uniforms for the 2025 season on July 21, according to Andrew Lind of SportsLogos.org. Lind, who broke the news the Steelers would be getting new uniforms this season, says they will resemble the Steelers’ yellow throwbacks from 2007 to 2011, with differnet striping on the arms.

NFL teams are unveiling throwback uniforms this July, with the Commanders, Steelers, and Packers each set to reveal new designs.

With an open uniform slot available for the Packers, it is unclear whether the new helmet will be paired with a retooling of the current all-green throwbacks or if a new uniform, perhaps taking inspiration from the navy or yellow sets of the 1940s and 50s, will be announced.
