Novak Djokovic, who owns a record 24 Grand Slam men’s singles titles, couldn’t counter Jannik Sinner’s relentless accuracy and pounding forehands on Court Philippe-Chatrier.

Novak Djokovic was in no doubt when choosing who is better out of French Open champion Carlos Alcaraz and world number one Jannik Sinner. On Sunday (June 8 ), Alcaraz, 22, and Sinner, 23, played out a gruelling five-hour and 29-minute-long French Open final which saw the Spaniard come out on top at Roland-Garros.

Sinner will be seeking his fourth major title while defending champion Alcaraz is trying for his fifth Grand Slam championship.
