Four-year-old Kai Foreman has been found safe, and the man police say is responsible for kidnapping him and killing the boy’s mother has been taken into custody.

An Amber Alert was issued June 16 for a 4-year-old boy who police say is missing after a shooting in Norfolk, Virginia.

The Virginia State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a four-year-old boy they believe to be in extreme danger. Four-year-old Kai Foreman is described as a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 3'6" in height and weighs 40 pounds.
