Nicholas Hoult is "excited" Kelsey Grammer’s Beast is returning for Avengers: Doomsday - though has insisted he himself will not be reprising his role as the younger Beast in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe blockbuster.

Superman arrives in theaters on July 11, and then Supergirl will keep the theatrical side of the DCU going with a June 26, 2026. Avengers: Doomsday bows in theaters on December 18, 2026, and then Avengers: Secret Wars will close out The Multiverse Saga on December 17, 2027.

Nicholas Hoult, currently starring as Lex Luthor in DC’s Superman, confirmed Marvel Studios never contacted him to reprise his role as Beast in Avengers: Doomsday. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Hoult bluntly answered "No" when asked about discussions.
