‘Code Blue’ Alert Opens Shelters Throughout Monmouth County
Monmouth County is calling a “Code Blue” alert as temperatures drop throughout the area. As of Tuesday morning, the alert is set to last until Thursday at 9 a.m. “Code Blue” is put in place when temperatures drop below freezing (32 F) and conditions pose a threat to unsheltered individuals.
