Brian Setzer of the Stray Cats says he has been dealing with a health issue that has affected his ability to perform on stage.

Brian Setzer announced on social media on Friday, Feb. 14, that after he realized he could not play guitar, he was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

"There is no pain, but it feels like I am wearing a pair of gloves when I try to play," the Stray Cats guitarist and vocalist explained.
