Nico Hoerner had an RBI double against former teammate Kyle Hendricks and the Chicago Cubs beat the Los Angeles Angels 4-3 to complete a three-game series sweep.

After 11 seasons in Chicago, soft-tossing right-hander Kyle Hendricks signed a one-year contract with his hometown Los Angeles Angels last winter. He hasn't had the best season, continuing his downward trend from his final year in Chicago, but the Cubs still gave him a lot of respect on Sunday.

Saturday went quite well. In the Cubs’ 12-1 win against the Angels, he recorded his first multi-homer game as a Cub and the eighth of his career. “Squared up some balls pretty well today, and one yesterday,” said Tucker, who also hit a double in his 3-for-5 performance Saturday. “So I’m just trying to continue to move it on to tomorrow.”
