The national average price of gasoline has fallen 0.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.08/g today. The national average is up 6.5 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands at 1.8 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

They fell by a little over two and a half cents last week. That's equal to an average of $2.89 per gallon, according to GasBuddy's most recent survey from more than 2,000 stations in the state. However, those prices are still a slightly higher by about 14 cents from what was seen back in December and more than 12 cents from the year before.
