The Trump administration has revoked its permission for Harvard University to enroll international students, in a dramatic escalation of what the Department of Homeland Security says is an effort to curb antisemitism at the university.

Harvard University is suing the Trump administration after the president banned it from enroling foreign students. Thousands of current international students were told on Thursday night that they must either transfer to another university or leave the United States after the order from the The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS).
