Harris County Precinct 1 Commissioner Rodney Ellis will host a virtual town hall meeting to discuss hurricane and flood preparedness. Scheduled for tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., the meeting will feature insights from the Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management and the Harris County Flood Control District.
