Yankees All-Star third baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. is moving back to second base starting with Tuesday's game against the Seattle Mariners. Manager Aaron Boone said Chisholm would play second after making 28 starts in a row at third for New York this season.

The New York Yankees have given in to the pressure. Jazz Chisholm didn't want to play third base. He stressed to reporters recently that he's a second baseman. And now, the Yanks have moved Chisholm back to second from third, manager Aaron Boone told Talkin' Yanks on Tuesday.

Manager Aaron Boone told "Talkin’ Yanks" that Chisholm will return to second base Tuesday night against the Mariners, with Oswald Peraza stepping in at third. It’s a move that reshuffles the Yankees’ infield. That also puts DJ LeMahieu back on the bench, at least for now.
