Ke Huy Quan said Steven Spielberg convinced him to star in 'Love Hurts,' after the actor initially thought he wasn't suited to play an action hero.

Nearly two years after Ke Huy Quan won an Oscar for his supporting role in Everything Everywhere All At Once, he is back on the big screen in his first leading man role. Quan stars in Universal's Love Hurts as Marvin Gable,

Spielberg directed a 12-year-old Quan opposite Harrison Ford in “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.” They celebrated the 2023 awards season together, with Quan in the race for “Everything Everywhere All at Once” and Spielberg for “The Fabelmans.”
