Denton County dropped charges against 28 suspects after finding officers had engaged in "inappropriate physical contact."

Lewisville Police Chief Brook Rollins publicly announced Friday disciplinary actions against officers after an internal affairs investigation. “They're human,” Lewisville Police Chief Brook Rollins said.
