On Thursday, the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia said a U.S. Park Police officer who killed a 17-year-old will not face charges.

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man has been arrested after allegedly firing at officers and hitting a police vehicle in Portsmouth on Monday, officials say. Portsmouth police say that around 2 a.m. they responded to a report of shots fired near High Street and Dinwiddie Street. Officers were told the suspect was a man wearing a grey hoodie.
