Princess Kate has sent an 11-word message alongside a new picture taken by her son Prince Louis. The young prince, aged six, took the adorable picture of his mother in Windsor. A message from the Princess of Wales on a second picture reads: "Don’t forget to nurture all that which lies beyond the disease."

Kate said in January that "it's a relief to now be in remission" from cancer after being diagnosed with an unspecified form of the disease last year.

Prince Louis has taken a new photograph of the Princess of Wales which has been released to mark World Cancer Day. The picture of Kate was taken in Windsor earlier this year by the young royal. The photograph was posted on the Prince and Princess of Wales's social media account.
