Tottenham signed off for the Premier League season with a 22nd defeat amid ongoing celebrations of their Europa League triumph earlier this week. Dominic Solanke put Spurs ahead from the penalty spot, after Mathys Tel was fouled, and were good value for their half-time lead.
Tottenham once again disappointed as a thumping Brighton comeback was not enough for celebrations on the final day in the Premier League.
