Dr. Eithan Haim of Dallas had faced four counts for wrongfully disclosing the individually identifiable health information of underage patients at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.

Federal prosecutors have dropped the case against a Texas doctor who called himself a whistleblower on transgender care for minors and was accused of illegally obtaining private information on patients who weren’t under his care.

Both LibsofTikTok and Missouri Senator Josh Hawley lobbied for the charges against Dr. Eithan Haim to be dropped.

Dr. Ethan Haim, 34, was facing a four-count indictment after prosecutors alleged that he leaked documents to a conservative activist about the hospital's gender-transition services for minors, according to court documents.
