The Lancaster County Fire Chiefs Association has announced a procession will be held for West York Borough police officer Andrew Duarte as his body is transported to Lehigh Valley. Andrew Duarte spent more than six years as a police officer and just recently celebrated his 30th birthday before his life was taken in the UMPC Memorial Hospital shooting.
