According to court documents, Craig Nichols Jr. is accused of killing a woman and cutting off her head late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.

YANKTON, S.D. (KELO.com) — The victim of the murder in Yankton has been identified. 41-year-old Heather Ann Bodden’s body was found in a Yankton apartment on Thursday afternoon. Craig Allen Nichols, Jr., 32, of Yankton has been arrested and charged with Second-Degree Murder, First-Degree Manslaughter, and two counts of contempt of court.
