Northeast Minneapolis streets, primarily NE. 2nd Street, were littered with smashed glass after another spree of car break-ins.

Four people were arrested in a string of recent home break-ins that targeted upscale homes, one of which belonged to Brad Pitt, law enforcement sources said.
