Kiersten Cerveny, 38, of Manhasset, was discovered unconscious and dying on the morning of Oct. 4 at 223 W. 16th St.

Around 8:30 a.m., Johnson allegedly called 911 to say there was an unconscious woman in the lobby, then fleeing when police arrived. Cerveny, who was fully clothed, died at Lennox Hill Hospital Annex.

After Cerveny’s overdose, Johnson and Holder carried her into the building’s vestibule, leaving her there as they fled the scene. Security cameras caught both men in the act, according to police.
