You can use command-line parameters to launch Microsoft Excel from the Run dialog box or by configuring the command and switches in a desktop shortcut.

We explain how to insert Bullets to Text Box in an Excel spreadsheet. The Bullet feature is not available in Microsoft Excel by default; you have to enable it.

Open Excel and click the File tab. Open the file in which you want to assign a cut/copy/paste macro or command button. Click the Developer tab, then click the "Insert" icon.

Select where you want the drop-down list to appear. Click the Data tab and select Data Validation in the Data Tools group. A Data Validation dialog box will appear.

To create a drop-down list, select cell where you want it to be (in this case, cell I2), and in the Data tab on the ribbon, click "Data Validation" in the drop-down option with the same name.
