Lululemon has filed a lawsuit against Costco that accuses the wholesale club operator of selling lower-priced duplicates of some of its popular athleisure clothing.

Lululemon is known for athleisure clothing and said that Costco uses makers of popular brands to make similar items for its private Kirkland brand, which leads shoppers to believe that Kirkland items are made by original suppliers, a belief that Costco does not try to dispel, The Associated Press reported.

Lululemon is suing Costco, accusing the retailer of selling "confusingly similar" replicas of its clothing, including jackets, sweatshirts, and pants.
