Federal law sets Daylight Saving Time to begin on the second Sunday of March and end on the first Sunday of November, causing the earliest possible dates in 2026.

After daylight saving time ends on Nov. 2, 2025, it won’t begin again until March 8, 2026. It will end again on Nov. 1, 2026, the earliest possible date DST can end.
