New homeowners attend HOA meeting, and they find out that they don’t have to be part of it
That meeting was certainly eye-opening!
There is nothing in the law that specifically requires the HOA’s manager to attend any particular board meeting. Normally the management contract dictates when the manager is obligated to attend.
I did another adult first this week. I attended and participated in my community’s Homeowners Association meeting.
