Open Microsoft Access. Create a mailing Table or Open an existing mailing table from your files. If it is more than one table you have in the database, click the table you want.
The ImportExportSpreadsheet form appears. This form allows you to set up the parameters Access needs to import your spreadsheet. Type the name of your table in the "Table name" text box.
