Learn how to export an Access database to Excel. When you export data from Access to Excel, Access stores the copied data in a file that can be open in Excel.

Reader's ability to export text, and Excel's ability to convert text into table data, let you convert PDF forms into an Excel workbook that Access can import.

This pane displays a list of macro categories. Move to the Action Catalog Pane and double-click "Data Import/Export" to view the macros within that category. The ImportExportSpreadsheet form appears.

As you can see in Figure H, Microsoft imports and formats the Excel data. To enter new data, click New and Microsoft Lists will open a data entry form.
