If you have an existing Excel file containing the data, select the "Open" option from the menu instead and locate and open the file. Launch the Notepad application or your PHP editor.

This pane displays a list of macro categories. Move to the Action Catalog Pane and double-click "Data Import/Export" to view the macros within that category. The ImportExportSpreadsheet form appears.
