If you want to install Python in Windows 11/10, this guide will help you. There are two ways to install Python – using the official website and using the Microsoft Store.

Once you have installed Python and VS Code IDE, all you need to do is create a Python file. To do that, open Visual Studio Code, go to File > New File, search for Python file, and click on it.

The py launcher is optionally installed during the setup process when you first install Python on Windows. At one point, you’ll be prompted to do so, as per the screenshots shown below.
