The Los Angeles Chargers are one of the most interesting teams in the NFL right now ahead of the offseason, in part because the speculation around the futures of Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack continues to ramp up.

Mack is set to become a free agent for the first time in his 11-year career, but the standout linebacker said he's mulling retirement before deciding if he wants to test the waters.

When asked about Bosa’s cap hit and future with the team, general manager Joe Hortiz said, “Those are the things we’re discussing right now.” Hortiz added that it is “possible” they keep him on his current cap hit.

Los Angeles Chargers edge rusher Khalil Mack remains slated for NFL free agency this offseason in the wake of his team’s playoff loss to the Houston Texans . If that is, he elects to keep playing at all.

In three seasons, Mack and Bosa have shared the field for only about a quarter of the snaps. Still, they've developed an unbreakable bond.
