UNC basketball debuts at the 2025 ACC Tournament against Notre Dame on Wednesday (2:30 p.m., ESPN) at Spectrum Center in Charlotte. The fifth-seeded Tar Heels (20-12) will need to string together some wins to strengthen their NCAA Tournament resume.

While UNC kept Notre Dame from getting a lot of second chances, UNC's defense was stout throughout. The 21 from Withers led all scorers while Ven-Allen Lubin had 17 points and RJ Davis finished with 13. UNC will now move on to face Wake Forest on Thursday. Tipoff is set for 2:30 p.m..
