Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo on Friday pushed back on President Donald Trump's erratic decision making when it comes to slapping tariffs on foreign goods. During an interview, Bartiromo pointed out to Trump that he was essentially ripping up a trade deal with Canada and Mexico that he negotiated during his first term,
