The Cleveland Browns are signing ex-Longhorns WR Isaiah Bond to a 3-year, $3.018 million deal days after a grand jury declined to indict him on a sexual assault charge, a source told ESPN.

The expectation is that Bond will wear No. 81 when he suits up for the Browns’ preseason finale. In their lone home preseason game, Cleveland will host the Los Angeles Rams for Isaiah Bond’s first and final NFL test before his debut.
